Practice Development Seminars

These are half day seminars involving all the members of a team delivering care e.g. GP Practice or hospital department. The sessions are individually tailored to your organisation.

The training involves a series of exercises focusing on the particular subject of the seminar. The final output is a SMART action plan delivered to the practice or team manager. These two seminars are new for 2010, and more are planned. Please contact us with any requests or for more information:
